Payment & Permit Confirmation
• All permits must be paid in full at time of booking.
• Upon management’s discretion, reoccurring bookings may setup a monthly payment plan- payments are to be received in accordance with the payment schedule as arranged which isfull payment received by the last day of the previous month with any additional amendedamounts cleared up at that time. Reminder invoices will not be sent.
• For all Camp/Training bookings in the month of August - Full payment is due by July 1.
Once permit has been created, the permit holder is committed to the booking terms within regardless of whether the permit has been signed.
Approved Tournaments and Special Events
Will be required to pay a 25% non-refundable initial deposit which is due 90 days before the firstbooking date on the contract. The remainder of the fee is due 45 days prior to the first booking date. Ifthe first booking date is within this 45-day period, full payment will be due immediately. If you requireany special arrangements for your tournament/special event, please contact management to discuss. Ifwe have not received payment after the due date has lapsed, we reserve the right to cancel yourcontract and your renewal rights may be impacted and/or lost. Your contract is your official invoice.
Non-Sporting/Special Event bookings are subject to additional fees.
Amendments
Amendments are defined as the changes to a date and/or time requirements once a permit has beenissued. At management discretion, all amendments are subject to both the cancellation policies and a $10 administrative fee per amendment.
Cancellations
a. Sport Bookings: All sport bookings are non-refundable, with 45 days notice we can offer a credit onfile only. No credit will be offered with less than 14 days notice for occasional users, credits for longterm users will be at the discretion of the general manager. Credits will only be valid for 1 fiscal year.
b. Special Events/Tournament bookings: With 90 to 45 days notice: the 25% security deposit is refundedin full (required 90 days before first contract date). Less than 45 days notice no refunds will be given.
